Started as a small dairy shop named “Patel Chhas”, the owner had the vision of providing authentic, tasty and healthy buttermilk to more and more people. In 2015, considering the growing demand for the product, the client wanted to expand the business and build a brand by opening a new outlet with a new name in a completely different area. He expected from us to create a brand identity and a visually appealing personality, along with that, a good marketing plan was needed.

Interior Design

To give it a fresh look, firstly we designed a unique outlet with an attractive interior design, making blue colour the identity of the brand. From the effective website, product photography, menu design to vehicle branding design, we developed a brand experience to stand out in the market. Gradually, the products gained recognition in the market. With our strong social media marketing tactics, testimonial campaigns and BTL activities, we helped the business to develop 8 more franchises within a year and gain more customers.
